  • Can you hold a place before I apply?

    Rental property cannot be held, holding a property requires a lease agreement and a paid security deposit
  • Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    Security deposit is dedicated to damages caused by tenant in the property, it cannot be applied to any rent payment.
  • How old do you have to be to apply?

    You must be 21 and over to apply for a rental property.
  • Is the deposit refundable?

    Security deposit is fully refundable, based on the condition of the property at move-out inspection.
  • Who needs a cosigner?

    A cosigner can be helpful if your income is not sufficient to match our minimum requirement (1:3 rent/income ratio).
  • You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

  • How do I pay security deposit and 1st rent?

    Security deposit and 1st rent must be paid with a money order or cashier's check.
  • I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    Tenant must obtain approval from the owner before getting a pet in a rental property.
  • I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

    All tenants must be physically present to sign a roommate release.
