  • Are you licensed?

    Yes, all of our property managers and leasing agents are licensed to perform real estate services in the state of Florida. We are also members of the National Association of Realtors and the Orlando Regional Realtor Association.
  • Can I reach you after hours?

    Yes, we are always available by email, and by the owner portal.
  • Can you put the money directly into my account?

    We provide direct deposit service for owners, owner draws are performed on the 10th of each month (when rent is paid on time). ACH payment take between 2 to 4 days to clear in your US bank account.
  • Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    Lease agreement is always reviewed and signed by owners, we thrive to offer you as much transparency as we can. By signing the lease, owners can keep an eye on the rent amount, the terms and the responsibility of each parties.
  • Do you sell real estate too?

  • How and when do I get my checks?

  • How is rent collection handled?

    Our Property management staff collects rent payments by personal checks, money order, cashier’s check and online payments. We collect and handle rent in our escrow account with day to day accounting to assure best practices.
  • How long of a lease do you sign?

    Most of long term leases are between 7 and 12 month in Florida.
  • How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    Security deposit amount is based on tenant’s application, regular security deposit is 1 month rent, it can be raised to 1.5, 2 or 3 month based on credit score and rental history.
  • How soon can you start managing my property?

    Property management services can start as soon as we collect all your personal and legal information such as W9 for local owners, W8 for international owners, and a signed property management agreement.
  • What type of properties do you manage?

    We manage residential properties such as condos, townhomes and single family houses.
